Life is full of so many challenges to face everyday. These are a combination of mental challenges, physical challenges, emotion challenges, and all sorts of pressures you may face at home or at work. Maybe that is possibly why all forms of animal life where created to take a rest each night to sleep.
In as much as a couple of hours a day is vital for optimal mental performance, it is also necessary to take a break once in a while to visit an unfamiliar area to relax your mind and body thereby relieving stress factors in your life.
Where would one go may be the question. Well to answer that, I would suggest a visit to a place uncommon to your usual surroundings. For example, if you work in a farming environment, why not visit the city to take your mind off all the pressures surrounding the farming environment? If you work in the city then a nature visit would do you good once in a while.
Visiting other places makes you appreciate the diversity in life even more. You get to open up your mind to a larger scale and experience something uncommon to you. Take for instance you live in a landlocked country, just imagine being at the beach! How would that make you feel? Picture the ocean before your eyes, the sand on the beach, the warmth of the sun, the uncommon dressing of other people on the beach as the wear their boxers or bikinis to have the right dressing for the occasion…a whole new experience!
